Meet Nicole Bryan
People barely knew who the f*** I was when I mustered my ambition for an executive role.
I thought I had to play high on the E scale — pretending to be an extrovert to rise to the executive level in a system I didn’t feel I naturally fit into on so many levels.
Know what I mean?
I was certain that I had to constantly be seen and heard — go to corporate events, out for drinks to schmooze and compete for attention, facilitate big meetings, be a stellar public speaker, and get recognized by all the key stakeholders.
Turns out that was a myth I perpetuated!
All the while I kept thinking,
“This place isn’t for me. I can’t survive here!”
Have you ever felt that way?
And then, I realized two things …
It was burning me out. It wasn’t sustainable and I knew it!
And, there are plenty of introverts, not just surviving, but thriving and making a difference as executive leaders.
Well, I did make it to the executive suite.
And, in my journey I became ever more passionate, not just that more women need to be in executive roles. But that introverted women deserve those roles.
I decided to make a shift in my own career and created TheChangeDoc to help introverted women like you successfully navigate corporate so they can get promoted to the executive level.
It’s your turn to get beyond the broken rung, break through the glass ceiling, and excel despite the glass cliff to make your big impact.
And I’m here to help you do it. LET’S TALK.
